Change Your Sign-In Password
This feature allows you to change your password without having to contact your administrator. • You have up to five sign in failure attempts before your account is locked.

From the Personal User menu, click Change Password.

Type your current password, your new password, and confirm the new password. Make sure to follow the password criteria:
- Minimum password length 8 characters
- Requires at least one uppercase character (for example, A, B, C, ...)
- Requires at least one lowercase character (for example, a, b, c, ...)
- Requires at least one number (for example, 1, 2, 3, ...)
- Requires at least one symbol character (for example, @, #, $,..)

Click Save.
| NOTE: | The Organization name on the Sign In page is optional. Only in the case where your username conflicts with another user in the platform, the system may prompt you to provide the Organization name to ensure you are accessing the correct account. |
Recover or Reset Your Login Password
If you forget your password,

Click the Recover/Reset Password link on the Sign-In page to reset it.

Follow the instructions provided in the recover email.
| NOTE: | The email address on your Personal User menu profile is used to recover passwords. Users without a working email may experience issues signing into the platform. |
